Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following estimated delivery timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages Haven & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@havencostore.shop and we'll make it right.
