Where do you ship to? We ship to the US and internationally to over 27 countries. Shipping times vary by location.
How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within the US. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is also available.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package directly with the carrier.
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Contact us at support@crewscustomcreations.com to start a return.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do? Please contact us at support@crewscustomcreations.com within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order? We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at support@crewscustomcreations.com if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is submitted.
